When asked 'what could be done to improve this voyage':

Provide a wee bit more 'Razzmatazz' on maiden voyages. Quantum lacked this even on Thanksgiving Day something was missing. Re-design the Music Hall and Royal Theatre balconies to proper half circles in order that there are no obstructions. people were fighting for seats in the Music Hall most times. Sort out the computer program for the photos as this was a mess and we gave up after 2 hours. Even the photos had people's feet cut off because of the lack of space for the 'Professional' photographers! Some menus in each venue, if they had one, had no prices for the beers or wine. The Michael Pub menu was misleading. One of the ales quoted 9.2% alcohol yet the bottle quoted 7.2%. When pointed out to the staff they agreed and would sort it out but it remained on the menu. This is very poor indeed. As for dynamic dinning, I was too angry to quote what I think about that. Very disappointed Royal Caribbean on this ship and won't be sailing this class again.

When asked 'what problems were not resolved during the voyage':

Cabin Review

Cabin delux balcony stateroom

Stateroom larger than normal with 40 inch TV. Bigger shower space then normal. Good balcony with chairs & table. Thought they could have used the TV to make bookings on the North Star & Sky Dive but it was read only. They provide an App for your smart phone free in order to book dinning rooms but to have to purchase Wi-Fi which costs from $20 to $400 depending how long you wish to use it first!
