Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

We were looking so forward to this new ship. It was my 19th cruise with RCCL and my most disappointing.

Check in was a mess. Diamond, Emerald and Platinum were all grouped together. Reservation time given to check in. That did not exist.

Do not like the Dynamic Dining. Not personable and you do not get to meet fellow cruisers while dining. Make sure you book your restaurant for each night before you leave your house. Check the web for the menu of each restaurant as there is some weird items. Beware if you are a vegetarian or lactose intolerant as there is very little for you to order. Waiters not happy. They do it all. No assistant waiter, no wine steward. Had to keep asking for water etc.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Cabin was great. Big balcony. Tons of storage space. Shower stall much bigger than on previous ships. Our cabin attendant (Dennis) was the best. Always smiling and laughing. He attended to all our needs. No paper and pens in cabin. Strange as you need to write things down sometimes.
