just came home form a princess cruise out of Houston
started ok, picked up at the airport and taken to the four seasons, transport arrived on time and was good, that is where it ended.
the bus to the ship was 90 minutes late, the elite line was SLOWER THAN THE REGULAR LINE to get on,
sunday and Monday the fast food places had lines on 30 to 45 minutes, could not get a drink at the pool, no service people.
ordered breakfast to the room, for 7:30 to 8, and it arrived at 8:20 as we were leaving for a tour, we had a suite and are elite passengers and we should have better service.
we left Houston late, our second port was cancelled due to high water, could not tender in, and we arrived late at our last port due another ship coming in. we left late on our last port and arrived late into Houston on our final day.
we took the ship shuttle to the airport, the bus was full at 9:15 but had to wait till 9:30 because that was what the princess people were told, if the bus is full it should leave!!
it seemed on this sailing Princess was very unprepaired for the amount of people, (thanksgiving) and the ones working seemed not be want to be there,
not a good trip and and will probably never do princess again,
THERE ARE BETTER LINES, LOOK IN TO THEM
CABIN WAS NICE, LOCATION WAS BAD AS YOU COUL HEAR PEPOLE WALKING ON DECK ALL NIGHT
