I could go on and on, but I really think that RCI needs to send someone around to see what the levels of service and consideration are, from a consumer's perspective. I see no real point to venting in this forum, as it amounts to the same net result as sending an email to crown and anchor, and getting a response eight days later. I have a real problem with doing all the work, paying the fare, and watching the guest services people drive a woman to tears over travellers' checks (they gave her a green pen to sign them, then yelled at her for signing them in green ink--I was shocked, to say the least, and she went away, literally crying). Food was great, this cabin was great, etc, but the details and the basic management and decision-making skills are sorely missing, as the upper management was cannibalized to other ships, and the managers that have moved up are terrified to make any decision, no matter how inconsequential. Sooooooooo...they ignore basic issues, then they become larger issues. The fitness center is the most pathetic excuse for the number of people aboard that I have ever seen. If you are six feet or over, you will not be able to use the fitness center without bumping your head.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin was fine, clean, well-appointed.
