Sail Date: Nov 2014
Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Just returned from Eastern Caribbean cruise, first time with RCL having used Princess before. Disappointed to realise that despite RCL putting us up the night before embarkation in a fantastic hotel they had omitted to pay for breakfast. Embarkation ran smoothly and swiftly and we were in our cabin by early afternoon.

Activities on the ship were very light weight, there was very little to tax your brain. Entertainment at night was poor, the singers and dancers were poor and we resorted to visiting the karaoke as the singers were better there! However, the ice show was excellent (even if RCL couldn't organise ticket distribution properly - we were kept waiting 45 minutes in a queue for tickets only to be told they hadn't arrived when someone complained and when the tickets were delivered they were only photocopied pieces of paper!)

The food in the restaurants was excellent - we couldn't fault the service and helpfulness of the waiters, the only problem was they wanted us to eat too much and try everything!

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Good cabin, although proper toiletries would have been appreciated rather than one squeezy bottle on the wall. This is cheap RCL and not expected on a cruise.Otherwise clean cabin and good view.
