We just returned from a week long cruise on the Norwegian Epic. We had never sailed on this cruise line before as we are big Royal Carribbean fans. A couple of things to note......you will be nickel and dimed on everything. As long as you know this going in, you will not be disappointed. I have not cruised in several years, so maybe all the cruise lines are the same in this regard? The upgraded dining package is a must. While there are some eating options without this, I think having the option of dining at all of the restaurants without paying an add'l surcharge is a real plus. There are some that are good and some not so good. We really loved Cagney's, Le Bistro and Teppanyaki. If we did this cruise again, we would pass on Shanghi and Moderno. The Italian restaurant La Cucina is marginal. Not amazing, but not too bad. The Cirque de Soleil entertainment dinner is a great show with pretty good food, I definitely recommend paying add'l to see it. Overall, a fairly good experience. Would consider sailing with on this cruise line again.

The cabin was nice, no complaints. Seemed to be quite a bit of storage room for a cruise ship cabin.
