We just got back from a week on the emerald princess .... And what a great time we had .. The staff very polite and helpful ... Housekeeping excellent .... The ship is beautiful and was in great shape our cabin very comfy ..... Before we left I read all these bad reviews for us it was a great week .....

This is what a few of us were talking about on the cruise ... Cruises are what u make them we met so many wonderful people exchanged numbers and emails .... We heard several people complaining about so many children on the ship and yes we had 600 on board it's Thanksgiving week what would u expect ...
