Both ship and it's several facilities were so not ready for this trip. We were told at booking that this ship which has recently been purchased from Seabourn Cruises had had a complete refit....just not so.

The swimming pool had rust surrounding all four walls and during the entire trip not one passenger was seen using it. The three jacuzzi pools were problematic as well. One never got hot enough while a second was in working order every other day.

The rooms too lacked a finished appeal. Many of the ports were cloudy or justy and not redone. Read more
