I would caution that if this is your first cruise or if you are looking for many shore side days this cruise is not for you. We had 4 nights at sea and visited only 4 ports other than the embarkation and disembarkation ports (Hanoi, Hue, Saigon and Bangkok). All of the ports of call require LONG bus rides to tour. Both Hong Kong (embarkation) and Singapore (disembarkation) have the cruise port in close proximity to the city and are easily accessible by taxi or public transportation.

Lets deal with the reported sewer smells. Did not note any at all any where on the ship. However the toilet flush system was down on for one afternoon on our side of the ship.

Norovirus - Half way through the crusie the ship staff cautioned that there were increased reports of stomach aliments and stated that they were instituting increased cleaning measures. We had some moderate amount of discomfort but not more than might be expected from travel half way around the world. We did not hear any reports from fellow passengers.

Cabin S2

Well appointed, Clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Bath tub requires some minor gymnastics to use.
