As this is a critic site I will address the most critical issues, however the ship itself is fabulous. It has the WOW factor, although evidence of wear is showing throughout the ship, and handles the seas wonderfully.

This was our 17th and 18th cruise (we also were staying on from Fremantle back to Sydney-17 nights).

The initial embarkation on the 20th Oct was a nightmare. The first day of our holiday WAISTED, not a good way to start. As mentioned in other reviews, on the same trip, those with mobility problem, as my wife has, were completely ignored in relation to seating etc. Also, months prior to embarking, a special request was made for a refrigerator to keep our medications. Our drinks fridge wasn't working and still not when we disembarked 33 days later. We did receive very small medication fridge some14 days after embarking & making another request.
