Nice new ship. Some staff need more training. Food better in buffets than on other cruises. Couldn't book in specialty dining rooms mid-week: all full even when we said any time, any day. Didn't bother to get off to go to private island-heard bugs were a problem. Need more upscale entertainment. Beatlemanics were good. Wanted to go to Zumba but too close to Trivia ( cheap prizes) or to 1st dining time of 5:30 and not consistent timing. Captains cocktail party was 5:15 to 5: 45 and conflicted with 5:30 dinner. Other table mates just showed up 20 minutes late and we waited for them to catch up with service. Spa prices again way too high. Better TVs onboard but unreliable connection. Called 2 times for repairs. Reservation line only open 8-5pm but no message telling us that until we called passenger service for the second time. Some walking areas have raised metal bars for doors to close- tripped a couple times. No cup holders in theatre or Princess Live. Most manager-types would rather talk to each other than help their staff or speak to cruisers. Just noticed bogus charges added to my bill after we left. Now I have to call CC company in the morning. Great :(

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

Small room, tiny balcony. Clean rugs but bed linen was not changed every day. Worst value for mini-suite price. Refrigerator was not cold enough.
