Where do I start? They said they would have our luggage in our room when we arrived. We had to wait an hour to get ready. Not only couldn't we get ready but our hot water wasn't working. This took 24 hours to remedy. The cabin had much more wear than anticipated including broken end tables, dangling light switch plates and torn window tinting.

Without warning in the middle of our week, workers were on our deck for 4 hours grinding and painting. The last day of our trip we were assigned 11:30 debarkation and had men on our deck again, at 8am, hosing it down.

Breakfast room service arrived ice cold 100% of the time. An order of hot tea won't even fill your cup. Lido Dining was horrible. Chicken was so dry I couldn't swallow it. Steak was rubber and way over cooked. When I sent it back they gave me another shoe rubber blood red flank steak. Dinner staff hovers and clears your plate before you are finished. Buffet food is fatty and sub par.

Cannot prop door open. Even if you wanted to, the sound of the motor wash would keep you awake.
