First Let me say please be an adult and not a troll and post ignorant replies just because you may like Carnival. I am posting my actual experience, as I have a right to like those that have positive experiences. There was so much that happened and too much to type that I have just reposted what I typed on facebook.

The cruise sucked from the start. If this cruise would've just had a couple bad things about it I would probably try them again but it was screwed up from the start and lasted all throughout.

Let me first say I'm referring to the Miami port with both cruise lines. First comparison, When you check in with Norwegian you flash your boarding pass at the door go through security then wait in a long line but you move fast because you have lots of staff available to check you in and give you your sail card. This takes about 10 minutes 15 tops. With Carnival you go and get into a long line with four people checking you in and wait for a long time then you go through security then there are two super long lines and not many people there to check you in to give you your sailing card and at the time there were three computers that had no one there to help people. total process was about an hour. To me it would be common sense to get rid of the first long line and use those four people in the second line to just check every body in at one time and give them their sailing cards. Why divide the process up into two lines?
