This is my second trip with Royal Caribbean (1st time was Majesty of the Seas and was excellent). This vacation was a nightmare on elm street. We boarded late. The crew was unorganized and seemed to know nothing. The room attendant provided us our used towels for the next day (though we asked for them to be changed). We were told to call the next day for blankets because they were out (did not even have enough for the entire room).

The port in Belize required tendered tickets to get off the boat (which was not explained clearly). Because of this we got of the ship at almost 1pm ( alot of people missed shore excursion and was refused refunds). They served the same mediocre lack luster food for breakfast and lunch everyday! There was no variety and everything could be found in a normal kitchen.

We were in the Cozumel port next to another Royal Caribbean ship and they were offered water and towels and we only got a pump of hand sanitizer. Arriving room, they cut the elevators off and we were made to walk down four flights of stairs with our suitcases ( no option because we had early flights to catch). The daily activities were limited for adults (napkin and towel folding during vacation). I will stick with Disney from now on (and I do not have any children!).

Cabin Review

Family Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin FO

The room was spacious enough to fit 4 adults and a child. However we are a close knit family and can adapt. The bunk bed was broke (the stairs to the top bunk were missing 2 steps).
