Please, please, please think very hard before you spend your hard earned money cruising on Viking Freya. My wife and I unfortunately spent almost £7000.00 for a seven night river cruise on the Danube.

To be fair our flights to and from Belfast via London to Budapest with a two night hotal stay b/b basis before our cruise were included.

We paid a lot extra for a balcony, recommended by Viking for the ultimate holiday. What they didn't say was that at almost every port of call another Viking boat moored alongside us and guess what, the only views we experienced was another balcony within arms reach, I kid you not!! Read more
