Cabin: Balcony
We booked balcony rooms and spefically asked that they open the door between them. Did not happen, the rooms (2) that we had, apparently could not be opened .
So many kids on this ship. Yikes!!
Staff for the most part are untrained, bored or unhappy.

Room was clean...could use an update. Balcony between 805 and 809 CANNOT be opened....doors are on the wrong side.....they won't open this so don't let them tell you that you can open the door and join these two rooms via the balcony.
