In October we sailed the Legend from Sydney on a 10 night family cruise. Earlier this year we cruised on the Celebrity Solstice out of Auckland and it was so fab that we wanted to cruise again. We thought we would give another company a go as surely they are all pretty much the same? We couldn't have been more wrong, to summarise:

- Disinterested staff, where everything seemed to be too much trouble.

- Food cheap and basic (think American pre-packed), tasteless and cold a lot of the time. The menus were poorly put together, we wondered each night what would appear as generally the description never fitted the actual meal and was fluffed up to sound like it was from a Michelin restaurant – hand crushed potatoes anyone!
