The Pearl Mist wasn't built for a smooth sailing with Hurricane Anna causing elimination of a couple of advertised stops along the St. Lawrence Bay. Then a Nor-easter made the Bay of Fundy crossing one we won't forget listening to the 15-20 foot waves crashing into the ship.

The Captain and crew did the best they could navigating across St. Lawrence Bay but had no choice but to go directly across the Bay of Fundy.

Would not recommend this cruise to passengers needing a lot of disability/handicapped assistance. Read more
