This was our first trip to Hawaii and our first trip on NCL, although we have cruised several times in the past mostly with RCL.

I'd rate the cruise overall a 3 out of 5. I can't imagine a better way to see the Hawaiian islands for the first time. It was convenient to cruise from island to island and skip the airport hassle and expense. That being said, I wouldn't do it again, at least not on this ship.

Deck 11, room 11040.Pros: This was a fantastic deck to be on and surprisingly not noisy even though we were very close to the pool area. The room is very close to the elevators and it makes it very easy to get around the ship. The room was as functional as it could possibly be considering the size. The room was clean and the deck was a good size considering the rest of the room. Cons:I had read that the rooms were small, but I was shocked at how small it really was. Only one person at a time can really move around the room while the other one has to sit on the bed. The shower / bathroom area is incredibly small. I couldn't imagine how uncomfortable the shower would be if you had a large build, or were overweight. Never met our room attendant even once during the entire 7 days. The room was always cleaned but it was weird to never meet him / her. 2 of the 4 drawers for clothing storage were broken.
