This was our first cruise with Viking. Must say, we were extremely pleased with everything! Food, entertainment, staff, room, tours, tour guides. It has always been my dream to travel to Europe and Viking made my dream come true in the biggest way. We also enjoyed meeting so many other nice people on the cruise. Made new friendships and lasting memories. Passau was beautiful, as were Melk, Linz, Salzburg, Durnstein, Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest. So much history! It is hard to say which was my favorite. Those eight days flew by way too fast. If time would have allowed, we could have stayed at least a month. The Abbey, the churches, the palaces, the countryside, and the people were beyond my dreams. I am in love with this part of Europe. This will definitely not be our last trip with Viking. Hope to have many more in the coming years. We are hoping to take an ocean cruise in 2015 depending on our schedule. We love, love Viking!
