Cruise was overall very enjoyable and great value for money. The food was excellent with good variety in the dining room and the buffet was a good standard with the breakfast omelette station very popular.

The staff were almost all very helpful and friendly. One lady at the Customer relations desk let the whole team down by being very superior and dismissive in her attitude to an enquiry. The entertainment overall was Ok but not as good as previous cruises with RCCL. NO REGGAE BAND. The timing of events appeared to put 2 events on together and then nothing. However these are minor complaints and the cruise was very enjoyable and I would recommend Radiance to anyone who wants a good relaxing holiday.

My cabin steward was a gem and by far the best I have had on any cruise.

Cabin N

Cabin was extremely quiet and easy to find being only a few cabins from the mid-ship elevators, and no noise from music when events were on in the centrum. Cabin steward was a gem and cabin was very clean and I had no issues with the bathroom.
