had a wonderful trip. casual relaxed atmosphere. all the staff were attentive and friendly. food and wine was great. Had the silver service package so enjoyed the free drinks. Enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area listening to the music and enjoying the river views. entertainment at night was great and the tours were well organized. Our cabin was waterline so a bit hard to look out the window at head height but the room itself was lovely and the window ran the length of the room so plenty of light. bathroom facilities were great with big shower and plenty of room to store toiletries. also plenty for cupboard space. my only problem was I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking so didn't have as restful a sleep as I would like.
