I am a veteran cruiser, but took a first time cruiser on this cruise. Both of us enjoyed our time on this cruise. Carnival is known for its "Fun Cruises" and this was no exception.. The food in the dining room was very good the passengers super friendly and the ship clean. This ship is older but the rooms were clean and in good condition and provided the biggest bathroom I have ever had on a cruise! Entertainment was good, the comedy was TOO offensive for me, but others might enjoy it. Carnival staff were all-around great and I really do not have any big complaints. Personally I am not a Buffet Person and we ate dinner every night in the dining room. Our table was situated in a spot that was pretty hidden and we weren't able to view anything going on in the restaurant Unfortunately, the dining room is no longer available for breakfast and lunch every day, so you are forced to the buffet if you want to eat then, and I wasn't impressed with anything I had at the buffet.

At ports we went to the Bamboo raft river trip in Jamaica and Snorkeling and the Stingray Swim in Grand Cayman We enjoyed both excursions, but the snorkeling and stingray excursion was excellent and so much fun.
