Boston embarkation was super easy. Arrived at 10:45 am and was onboard by 11 am. Staterooms were ready by 1:15 pm. Luggage arrived by 4 pm. Lunch was available in Windjammer starting at 11 am and Park Cafe near solarium at 1 pm.

Specialty dining was fantastic. The Minstrel Main Dining room food was disappointing. My time dining worked great – our longest wait to be seated was less than 10 minutes, but we booked all reservations in advance via RCCL website.

Cabin storage was fine. Closet had ample storage and luggage was stowed under the bed. We did take a power strip and used it at the desk.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Cabin storage was fine. Closet had ample storage and luggage was stowed under the bed. We did take a power strip and used it at the desk.Bathroom has a shelf below sink and storage behind mirror. Shower was small. We avoided the shower curtain issues by using binder clips – great advice from previous cruisers.Hump Cabin 8588 (E1 Balcony) has a pie shaped slightly larger balcony and was conveniently close to elevators, Centrum and most dining. You could hear music and activities from Centrum each night until 11:30 pm. If you are sensitive to noise, take earplugs. Cabin 8586 had a huge balcony. Cabin 8590 had a tiny balcony.
