This trip was our first one and we really had hopes that we'd get into cruising. We even got the most expensive package. After the huge disappointment that the Freedom was we doubt we'll ever get on a ship again.

1. The food was absolutely horrible. Short of the Mexican food stand, the burger joint and perhaps the pizza oven - everything else was below buffet quality. First night we got into the "fancy" restaurant we ordered sweet and sour shrimp as this was the special. What came out was mostly soggy batter in the shape of a shrimp. The fish they served was rubbery and smelled weird. The steak was supposed to be Fillet Minion but if it was - then it was the worst steak I've ever head.

2. Entertainment - There was nothing on the ship that was worth doing really. The comics tried to be funny but they weren't really. The best part was may be the live performers by the pool. They really did know their stuff but the announcer lady (so annoying) kept interrupting them while they were singing as if she really had something important to say.
