The ship itself is not bad but the service in the dining rooms is never consistent, they don't get the orders right, forget to bring food or beverages and act as though you are interrupting their day. It felt like we were having leftovers most of the time as the menu didn't vary much. We signed up for the Spa package but was rarely able to use it as there were no seats available, especially in the women's section. There were 4 ladies who were there most of every day and occupied the only seats that were available for relaxing, and they used the hot tub in the buff. Now I have no problem with that in the privacy of my own spa but in a public ship tub this is not even allowed! Several times I brought this to the spa mgr. attention and someone would go in a speak to them but they never changed their habits. And don't even think about a refund. I was told that the best time to avoid them would be to come back between 7 and 10 and they were usually at their dinner, well, guess what so were we. What a waste of $229. It was difficult to get a lounger on the pool deck unless you went out at 7am, most of the seats had towels on them by 8am but they were not occupied until closer to 11 or 12 even on port days. This is such a rude practice and the participants were all seniors! They did the same thing at the shows, reserved seats for their friends, one group always sat in the handicap row even though none of them were handicap, making the true needers of these seats walk up many rows of stairs to get a seat. Shame on them. Most of the shows were good except the hypnotist, what a sham she was. We did several shore excursions and would not do them again on this cruise line, too expensive and didn't live up to to what was written about them. The gym personnel were so rude I don't understand how they are still working on the ship. The only decent service you could expect was from the room stewards and bar servers. The day we left the ship we had paid for transfers to the airport, that is a nightmare, we had the early time (8:15am) as our flight was to leave at noon. We were told the bus would leave by 9:30 giving us plenty of time to get there. Unfortunately that did not happen, we sat on the bus until almost 11am before it left, we kept asking when they were going to leave for the airport and was told they had to wait until the bus was at least 2/3 full! By the time we got to the airport we were too late for our flight and had to wait until 4:30pm to catch another one. Definitely book your own transportation or take a taxi if you need to be there before noon.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Inside
Cabin IA
Room was ok for an inside one. We had plenty of hangers and drawer space and the bathroom was big enough, although you do have to sit sideways on the commode
