Having grown up in Minnesota, I retired in the South to get away from cold weather. This probably is why I prefer cruises to warm areas more then the North. Our favorite port on this cruise was Boston. A lot to see and enjoy with one day being perfect. Portland Maine was a nice place to walk as was Halifax. St Johns was a pleasant city to explore but once again one day was more than we needed.
The ship was very clean and comfortable. Easy to get around and find what you were looking for. The working crew we were exposed to were very nice and worked hard. The language often was a problem when ordering or questioning food in the ships food locations but not in the main dinning room. We enjoyed the late dinning and the waiters were great as were the others we shared the table with. The menu selection as well as the food was very good. We have been on cruises where the food was superior but for the price it was great. No need to do the premium steak resturant unless steak is your main desire.
The cabin was very good, quiet and convienant to getting around to all venues.
