After reading some disappointing previous reviews thought I would write this for those booked on future Equinox sailings. Husband and I flew from Toronto to Barcelona where we enjoyed a few wonderful days in the city before embarkation - highly recommend. In a précis we enjoyed everything about the cruise ( our second time on this ship due to itinerary). Embarkation smooth, cabin comfortable, food excellent in MDR, shore excursion staff and guest relations efficient, no complaints at all. As the cruise was fairly port intensive and we met so many nice people on board we never made it to any shows or spent time lounging around the pools. We really enjoyed having the complimentary premium drinks package, paid gratuities and onboard credit extended by Celebrity and upgraded. I think you have to be realistic - yes, it sometimes is a bit hectic at the morning buffet so order breakfast in your cabin, lunch in the Silhouette for a quieter experience, relax and watch the world go by. Consider you are being transported from one fabulous destination to another, having your accommodations tidied twice daily, delicious food selections, entertainment etc. etc. and remember you are there with lots of other people and the crew still makes you feel special! Hope you all enjoy as much as we did.
