This review is about the ship, conditions, service, staff, overview of Celebrity Cruises, & the officers.

First the ship was very clean & most of the staff helpful & friendly. Our housekeeping, head mater'd, waiters in the main dinning room, quest services, were all excellent. This was complimented by the friendliest staff of officers we have ever encountered while cruising. We were excited to board the Silhouette due to the excellent itinerary & arriving Venice after a long 14 hour flight from the West Coast of the USA.

We were very pleased with the mix of passengers on this voyage. Lots of people from England, Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, & the USA. Fortunate to meet many nice people during this voyage & exchange ideas & socialize. For the most part, everyone was very friendly & polite. However there is the occasional group or passengers who insist on meeting in the middle of the hallways, jamming the traffic patterns, & oblivious to others trying to reach their destinations.
