Cabin: Oceanview Stateroom

It was 5 years since we went on RCI. We felt there had been a lot of cost cutting particularily in the food. The cabin, ship and public areas were spotless and the staff were always helpful. The design of the ship means there is no outside area to eat which meant that most passengers would go into The WIndgammer. It was hard to find a seat, very stuffy and had a very poor selection of food.

The MDR only offered 'surf & turf' if you paid for it. The dinning room was very cold and we asked for the air con to be turned down but after many 'explanations' we were told it was not possible. This meant some of our food was sent back because it was luke warm.

Good points were the varied ports of call, Cadiz walking tour and reasonable sports amenities. We are always disappointed the lack of classes avaible in the gym. 7am or 7.30am is TOO early!!
