So I just got off of the Canada sailing on the Brilliance of the Seas. I really could not believe the big change in this cruise line. I have to say its right along with the older carnival ships.I was so dismayed at everything on thi ship. I have been a travel agent yrs ago and have been on about 35 cruises in the last 21 yrs. Me and my husband wanted to not go to sit down, cause we just wanted to not have to dress up every night so we went to the buffet. Not only that but we sure were not going to wait to 8:30 pm to eat as thats all they gave to us. Out og our wholr 7 day cruise 3 people (employees) went out of their way to say Hello! not like the other ships where every time you would walk by a employee they all would say hello. And make you feel welcome.

The food was like caftera food. Every night just about the same thing. Cold food, the people serving you never would smile or say a thing to you. Fast hard rock and roll music in the buffet at night when people want to whine down and listen to something more smoothing while eating. Most of the ship was older people like 60 and up. NO workers went out of their way to help you out for anything. Our cabin was kept clean, only good thing to say. Our cabin stewart talked so low we could not even here him and never even introducded himself to us.NO one smilied on the ship like if these workers were like captive or something. Everyone we talked to said the same, now I know why it was so cheap. Yes, you get what you pay for....... The ports of the call whier about the only thing that was great. All I can say is nothing like Celebrity Cruise lines. I have NEVER had a bad cruise or bad food with Celebrity. You want a great time with wonderful food sail with Celebrty next time you wont to try any other after that. its worth the extra money. What in the world has happened to RCL, or is it only this ship? bad news......never again even for 200.00.....its ok if its just to see these ports book it but dont expect nothing much at all sit down dinners I heard from many people were worse........
