Cruised on independance in August around the med. lovely big ship but problem after problem. Rude staff. Totally unimpressed. Dirty mattresses. As pictured. Tv not working. Cabin not serviced to a high enough standard and staff at guest relations were un helpful and not capable in providing adequate customer service. Have complained and doubt very much i shall be cruising with royal caribean again! Clearly don't value there customers.

Hair dryer gave electric shock and then was removed from the room. Far from the cruise we expected. Me and my wife are in our mid twenties and to be perfectly honest I have seen better run circus's because it was honestly like dealing with clowns!

Was told I would be contacted when back in shore. No contact till I rang 3weeks later. 0% faith in royal Caribbean. Shame as I have had great experiences on previous cruises.
