We have just returned from a great week on the Fascinosa. We booked this holiday at a cruise show in March, quite on impulse. However, once I started to read the reviews on Cruise Critic I was beginning to wonder what I had done.

We have cruised before with P&O. Embarkation at Venice was no different to Southampton. We gave in our bags, took a number and waited for the number to be called. We then went to check in, passed through Security and then got on the ship. It took a little longer than we were used to, but it was very easy and we knew exactly what was happening at all times.

When we got on board, we went to our room and one of our bags was already there. The other arrived about an hour later. Read more
