First off waited 2 hours to embark the ship, the stateroom was disgusting dirty, old TV, no hot water and LOUD NOISE AND VIBRATION due to engine and propeller problems. The cruise was crowded. Sitting dinner was difficult, the buffet was horrible, and the service was extremely slow and unhelpful. Everyone seemed miserable but that didn't stop the cruise employees from hustling more money from cruisers. $67 for bingo, $14 for drinks, and barely any activities. Internet was expense and very slow if it worked at all. It rained the entire trip and the engine and propeller BROKE cause trip shortened. YES THIS OLD SHIP HAD MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING ENDLESS STRONG SHAKING AND VIBRATION IN THE ROOMS. IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. I also got food poisoning. Instead of 3 days in Bermuda we had 6 hours. Customer service quality was the worst experience.
