The repositioning cruise we took offered good value for money, and we were happy with the cruise overall, with two major complaints:

1) The embarkation/disembarkation process was a nightmare, with the cruise line catering to groups, providing insufficient information to individual travelers, and giving them the short end of the stick with disembarkation. A couple we met on the ship was out 60 Euros because MSC turned a deaf ear to their requests to disembark early enough (not even super-early) for transport they'd arranged ahead of time, but not through the ship. Meanwhile I watched a tour agent approach Guest Services the day before disembarkation and walk away with a fist-full of tags for the earliest disembarkation, after explaining that the time they were assigned was too late for their bus.

2) Ship excursions are extremely expensive for what you get. In every single port we were able to see the sights we wanted using either local trains or hop-on-hop-off buses. We saw more, had better flexibility, and paid 1/3-1/2 the cost of the ship excursions.

Cabin Review

Cabin 10

Cabin basically met expectations, which weren't especially high. It would have been nice to have one decent chair in the cabin, though.
