Overall, I would not recommend this cruise line. I have been on Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Princess, Norwegian and now MSC. Of all these cruise lines, MSC is clearly the worst. The food quality is not up to the level of the others. The buffet is overly crowded in the morning and it was difficult for us to find a seat. I have never had this problem on other cruises. The staff on this ship are arrogant and generally pretty rude in my opinion. I did not receive wake-up calls on 2 occasions even though I called and requested them. Many others things I could complain about, but this is one example. There are not very many activities onboard compared to the competition and the shows were not even close to quality you would see on Carnival.

On a positive note, this cruise line does offer staff that speak many languages, so if you are traveling from Europe, this cruise will cater to you perhaps more than the competition. The majority of the passengers on this cruise were from Europe or other Spanish speaking countries. If you are American and are used to the typical experience you will have on Carnival, NCL, etc. you will probably not enjoy this cruise. I personally will never cruise on MSC again. The price for this cruise was a but cheaper than the competition, but I wish I would have spent more and cruised with a different company.

MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT:

Cabin Review

Cabin 6

This room has a really bad view. All you can see is a lifeboat. If you stand up, you can see the water but not much else.
