It was with great expectations that we embarked on this cruise. Never had been to Bermuda and did not have to fly anywhere to get there! How much better does it get? Wrong....The problems started almost immediately... The way the furniture was arranged in the cabin (interior cabin) you had to crawl from the front of the bed in order to get in bed. Had to have the beds separated! One of the beds had such a hole in the middle that when you sat on it, you were on wood and could feel the springs around it. Was told by Guest Services that "that's the way it is we have no other beds". After much complaining that filling the hole in the bed with towels and extra comforters did not work, they finally changed the bed. We prepaid the gratuities in order to have My Time dining. Well, they gave us 2nd seating because they oversold that option and they did not have enough tables in the dining room....

The food in the Aquarius DR was acceptable, however, in the buffet it was dismal.... Never hot, dried out and tasteless....

The entertainment started out very weak but got better towards the end of the cruise. The production numbers needed work!

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin Q

Probably the worst cabin I have ever been in. A group from Cruise Critic went went on a Cabin Crawl and there were a lot of complaints with the cabins....Uncomfortable bed, bad layout, hard to regulate water temperature and no toiletries....
