We were a party of 6, travelling with our 90 year old mother in a wheelchair. Attentive, courteous and caring staff made our trip fairly smooth. Thanks to Ferdinand, who always remembered our names and kept our staterooms spotless. Mom had a balcony and that was the best place to be for glaciers, fjords and just sightseeing. Our server at dinners was exceptional. Melanie kept us well fed, especially with chocolate desserts. Stella, on excursion desk, did a lot of leg work for us, to ensure that mom could get on the seaplane. Our excursions were many amongst the 6 of us, but the best was seaplane ride into Misty Fjords with Carl. Their crew was very patient with Mom and her mobility issues. We danced to the Love Bros and Kris..Romel always remembered our names!!! Loved their music especially the country with a phillipino/spanish twist!! Thanks to them for keeping us entertained. Little issue with advertised 1/2 price wine for last dinner on board. When questioned, first it wasn't available till shown the flyer, then a written list of 3 wines priced from $165-$220. Not very credible. Overall our Alaskan cruise and the dream of a 90 year old was amazing!!!!
