Having read the reviews about it being a party boat, poor quality food, needing upgrades, we figured we give it a try. Well getting on was an experience very long lines in the heat for hours. The room was very clean but noisy at night. Food was no better than a cheap buffet and cold. Dining room appetizers were better than the main meal. Room service was non existent. We called twice, first time they never came, second time they made us wait for 90 minutes then told us they never took our order. Entertainment was decent I guess, pools very crowded and hot tubs filled with people drinking all day and night. I must admit we did some drinking too. Really they pushed the drinks on you all the time. Every morning the captain made an announcement which was very annoying. TV's in room were a joke, ancient. The steward was very nice, but guest services did absolutely nothing to resolve any of our issues.

Balcony

We were in balcony on 6th floor in the front of ship. Very noisy at night and rocky. Old style design televisions no refrigerators, no ice. Always very clean though.
