Check in was a breeze. It probably took no more than 20 minutes from start to finish.
There were both positive and negative aspects of this cruise. The biggest negative was that there was only one pool. It was bulging at the seams. For a ship that size, there should have been multiple. There was a kiddie pool, and that was bulging as well. Since school has started there weren't too many school age kids, but a lot of toddlers.
Vibe wasn't worth the money, since there wasn't a cooling water feature or pool, only a hot tub. They had nice lounge chairs, but the cabanas were $300 extra for the week. I wasn't going to pay $300, when I had already paid $79. It is in the front of the ship, which makes it very windy. I ended up going to Spice H2O, which had a shallow water type pool with water falls to cool you off. It was for adults only.
We had a mid-ship mini-suite with balcony. I didn't see much difference in the size of the room or balcony, but the space was adequate. There was plenty of storage space in the closet and cabinets. There is also additional storage in the drawers under the sofa. The bathroom was the best part. It was quite large in cruise ship standards, with a double sink and adequate storage. The shower had a overhead shower head and adjustable jets. It was good size.
