Just arrived home from a 7 night cruise on Liberty of the Seas around Spain, France and Italy. The ship was clean, food OK, but Botticelli's Restaurant certainly wasn't the fine dining experience we'd expected. The My Time dining, just doesn't work - long, frustrating queuing just to get a table, slow service, poorer than average food. Guest Services really need a shake up, again, long queues, slow, disinterested staff - an experience to be avoided if possible. Small swimming pools, over-crowded pool side, extremely dangerous under foot due to unmopped wet patches.

The Catacomb Club lacked atmosphere - one night, the dance floor was entirely monopolised by a child of approximately 7. The 18 year age restriction clearly flouted.

The best bits -

Nice enough, small, but had everything we needed. Cleaning services were good enough but not great.
