- Automatic tips on bar service, which you have to pay even if it's taken ages to get a waiters attention, -he's slow and brings the wrong drink
-the extortionate overcharging for excursions that Disney refuse to take any responsibility for when they aren't great
-The pool having to be closed by the lifeguard for safety reasons because she couldn't see the bottom
I'm really confused because there was so much to love about the cruise, but it just all seemed to be about the money.I wasn't so easily impressed and I don't really know how I feel after the cruise
The positives -
- the Adults food was mostly great (did not enjoy a very tough rib eye in Cariocas - and was ignored when I commented), I enjoyed the few meals that we had in the Buffet in Cabanas,
- The spa, I had a lovely pedicure with friendly service
- The shows were fantastic
- quiet cove was quite lovely
- Oceaneers Lab and club were great
-Wave phones were really useful
- The Characters
- Our room steward & room, plenty of storage and the kids and I loved it
The not so goods
- Only one drink station for soft drinks on deck 9 aft - bit of a trek if you're on a lower fwd deck
- 20% tax on everything in shops (who gets the tax - we're at sea?
