The disappointments experienced on board the MSC Divina cruise last week are too numerous to detail. It was just one thing after another and although many of the inconveniences were small, they added up very quickly to an annoying and unreasonable environment – we could not wait for the cruise to end.

A few recurring situations that absolutely ruined the cruise for us are mentioned below.

• The service in the dining areas by the wait staff was completely inadequate and unacceptable. Many of the wait staff and general employees behaved completely uninterested in being in a service position.
