After been in more than 12 cruises, I have to admit, this one was the worse, and is not only one issue, we had several issues, the first thing was our cabin was dirty, the sheets and pillows were yellows and with holes, no Kleenex in the room, no liquid soap, ( they never put it) since the first day we have to call guest service ( allow yourself 20 to 25 minutes for the answer) that's ridiculous, that's not guest service, in any other cruise you meet your cabin attendant the first day, not in this one, we meet the guy by the third day, and only because we complained about the issues, but let's continue, the restaurant, the menu even do was not great 100% , was ok, in some cases the buffet was better than the main restaurant, to continue the aggravation our waiter do not speak English at all, for 3 nights he brought me the wrong plate to the table, and other people plate, even one day they gave us the menu from the previous night, I noticed lack of training here, the same with photographer ,you don't shoot a picture with someone behind, specially the gala night, when we asked then to remove the person behind, they said have to charge $9.95, when should be free since was their fault, even one of them said they were losing money with the pictures, anyways at this point at was completely disappointed with cruise, the tour was bad, and to finish, they asked to put our luggage out side the last night for them to pick it up, they never did it, if I not was a handicap person I didn't care, but me walking with the luggage the whole ship was really difficult, the only really good thing was the shows, they were excellence, but you don't book a 7 days cruise only for the shows, I am really do not recommend this cruise line at all, lack of training, language and customer service.
