I chose the Carnival Triumph for it's ports of call and value. I had picked another sailing on RCL, tried to book, but no flights were available since I was booking late. I looked into getting my own flights but finding 4 seats was quite difficult, so I booked with Carnival and let them handle our air.

We flew from Toronto to Chicago and Chicago to Miami. We has a broken craft in Toronto, and they found another plane and weather conditions delayed the flight in Chicago. 2 delays had us landing in Miami at approximately 3:20. The Triumph sets sail at 4:00. At the baggage carousel, we were greeted by the Carnival rep who informed us we had a small time frame to get to the pier so we had better hurry up.

To make a VERY long story short, our 4 pieces of luggage did not make it to Miami and the rep. sent the shuttle without us, so we had to take a cab to the pier and hope the boat was still docked.
