Just returned from a wonderful Rhine River Cruise on Viking Ingvi, with pre-cruise extension in Montreux. Between our travel agent and Viking, all arrangements were taken care of and went off without a hitch.

Our Lake Geneva, Montreux stay was a great way to get acclimated to the 6-hour time change. Lovely hotel and area. Switzerland is beautiful. Transfer to Basel by bus was a great way to see more of the country. Upon arriving in Basel, we were welcomed aboard by a friendly and courteous staff and were invited to check in to our cabin with our baggage already there. Lots of storage space for everything. Then off to the Aquavit Terrace for a great lunch.

The boat was tastefully decorated in light colors and the full-length windows added to the brightness of the rooms and gave great views from any perspective.
