We booked our trip to celebrate my Husbands 60th birthday & paid quite a lot more to have our New York stay with Cunard to avoid any problems with transfers etc!

Met by a very uninterested rep at JFK & an over an hour later still stood waiting. Eventually when we asked how much longer we would be here, she took us outside & put us on a minibus that was a complete shed with 3 other couples.

Got to our hotel for me to point out that we were booked into the Hilton Times Square, not the Hilton Midtown, the driver made a phone call, told us get back in & took us to the Hilton Times Square. We got to the reception desk to be told there was no reservation. They rang the Hilton Midtown & we were booked there (despite our documents stating Times Square). We had to make our own way there - not the best start & what we'd paid extra to avoid!
