we were on this ship last year and had a good time all round, food, staff, entertainment etc.  we could not be leave we were on the same ship this time.  Dreadful place to arrive in, like a shed.  No signs leading you to your ship.

One lane only to the shed where you parked, disabled people really struggling, have never in 20 years of cruising with PO seen any thing like it .
