We arrived at the port at 11:15am and we were on board by 12:00pm. The only glitch we had was our fun pass which had been filled out weeks in advance was not in the system, but this was remedy quickly and we were on our way.

Once on board our rooms weren't ready so we went to the Lido deck and began eating. The food on the cruise was very good as was all the wait staff but more on that later.

At 1:30 our cabin was ready. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Our room steward came by and introduced himself. I don't remember his name, but this is my fault he could tell me 100 times and I still wouldn't remember. But he was great. He was never too far away, but he was never in the way either. He was always right there when we needed something. ANd no matter how messy we left the cabin each morning or evening. he always had it looking real nice when we returned. He would have all our shoes all lined up for us, fished out from under the bed. Our ice bucket never melted down he always knew when it needed more ice.
