It has been awhile since we have cruised on Holland America but wanted to do a family cruise to Alaska and the schedule fit in with a Wednesday departure from Vancouver. There were some good things about the ship and then some rather strange things.

The cabin was a little dated, but actually quite spacious. Plenty of closets and drawers, comfy bed, large enough bathroom with Elemis products. It was definitely designed 15 years ago.

Shore Excursions: For the most part they were excellent. We took the trip to Tracy Arm and the Sawyer Glacier. One of the highlights of the trip. Read more
